Samuel Yeboah is the co-founder of Beacon School. He has lived and worked in North America, Africa, Asia and Europe developing young leaders and facilitating them to fulfil their God-given destiny. Samuel Yeboah, as the Chairman of the board, oversees all the financial, legal and developmental matters of Beacon School. He is also a passionate advocate of young people and oversees the biblical studies and discipleship programme that is a key component of the moral and behavioural formation of the students of the school. In addition to his work in Beacon School Samuel has been a member of Youth with a Mission (YWAM) since 1986.
Sarah Yeboah is the co-founder of Beacon School. She is a qualified teacher. Born and bred in the U.K. she has for the past 30 years lived and worked in North and South America, Europe and Africa. Sarah Yeboah is passionate about seeing children trained through innovative creative learning to be vibrant self motivated world changers. In Beacon she is responsible for the professional development of teachers; curriculum development; and monitoring of learning. She has also taught English Language and Literature for Checkpoint and IGCSE. In addition to her work in Beacon School, Sarah has been a member of Youth with a Mission (YWAM) since 1989.
Dzifanu Sowah-Mensah has worked extensively in various aspects of administration before joining Beacon School in 2015. As an Economics and French graduate of the University of Ghana she is able to combine best practice in Ghana with an international perspective from her further studies abroad. “Auntie Dzifa”, as she is affectionately known by both children and parents, is responsible for the efficient running of all administrative and human resource services of the school. She also liaises with parents in order to see the needs of their wards met to the highest standards. Dzifa strives always to create order and discipline in the administrative systems she oversees.
