Team volunteering – volunteers travelling with a recognised team will not be required to apply individually but will complete the application process required by their team leader.

YWAM Outreach Teams

Beacon School is a part of Youth With A Mission – Akuapem Ridge. Both the leaders of the school have been a part of YWAM for more than 20 years. We believe that the biblical values that form the core of YWAM’s training programmes can provide an essential foundation for the young people of Ghana.  The daily discipleship times conducted in the school therefore strongly reflect the values and biblical principles fundamental to a YWAM discipleship training school (DTS). The preschool uses the University of the Nations preschool curriculum A Biblical Foundation for Early Childhood Development. We also plan to start a DTS and run other University of the Nations courses here in the very near future.

There is a great potential for ministry both in the school and in the local community. Beacon School therefore warmly welcomes YWAM volunteers and teams, either short-term or long-term. If you plan to bring a team, please contact Beacon School directly. If you are an individual volunteer, please download and complete the Volunteers Application Forms listed above.
